Key Responsibilities
- Creatively prepares and illustrates new design concept, graphics and layout.
- Graphics and Photo editing and composing process.
- Ensuring the quality of projects.
- Translates creative requirements.
- Coordinates and support team on follow-up projects deliveries.
- Able to manage and priorize multi-projects of our clients
- Support in recruiting the graphic design team
- Set up of training concept for new graphic design employees
- Analyze project errors daily to quickly improve project quality
- Manage and evaluate employees in the project and take timely corrective action
Desired Skills & Experience
- At least 2 year of experience in graphics design, web design, digital media design.
- Expert Knowledge of Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Willing to learn new skills.
- Good english skills (speaking & writting)
- In-depth experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
- Strong time management and organizational skills, able to meet tight deadlines when required
- Strong process mindset
- Proactive, team player, high level of flexibility & responsibility
