Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage communication between our company, German partner agencies, and international clients. This role requires outstanding English communication skills (spoken and written), as well as the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth collaboration and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between German partner agencies, international clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure clear, professional communication in English across all stakeholders.
- Manage and grow long-term relationships with key clients.
- Oversee project coordination, align expectations, and ensure deliverables are met.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and development teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare structured reports, proposals, and presentations for partners and clients.
- Identify business opportunities, upsell services, and drive account growth.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues proactively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in key account management, client relations, or business development (preferably in an agency or B2B environment).
- Fluent English skills (both written and spoken) – near-native proficiency required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills – confident in handling business discussions.
- Experience working with German partners or clients is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in agile teams and fast-paced environments.
