Role Overview
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, pixel-perfect UI designs, interactive prototypes, and scalable design systems. Working in an agile team environment, you will collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure a seamless user experience. This role is ideal for someone who excels in design execution and UI aesthetics, rather than UX research.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable UI components and design systems using Figma.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs that align with business goals and user needs.
- Develop interactive prototypes for user flows and product presentations.
- Ensure consistency and usability across web and mobile applications.
- Work closely with developers, product owners, and other designers in an agile workflow.
- Deliver fast design iterations and adapt based on feedback.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience in an agency or product team.
- Expert in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and design tokens).
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and layout structures.
- Experience working in agile teams with rapid iteration cycles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development basics is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI design expertise.
